Dominic Guerrera
Dominic Guerrera (he/him) is a Ngarrindjeri, Kaurna and Italian person and has previously worked as an Aboriginal Health Worker and Educator for 17 years. Dominic is a poet, podcaster, a community organiser and is currently undertaking a Masters in Gender Studies at Flinders University.
Dedicated to community movements Dominic has been involved in numerous community initiatives and community events including Wish You Were Queer and the First Nations Nunga Writers Group. Dominic’s work has been published in Granta Magazine, Fine Print and Cordite Review. In 2021 Dominic was the recipient of the Oodgeroo Noonuccal Indigenous Poetry Prize.
