Adele Sliuzas
Adele Sliuzas is an arts writer and curator based in Kaurna Yarta. Adele has a Bachelor of Visual Arts, History and Theory, from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Art History from Adelaide University. Adele has been practicing as a curator for the past 10 years and is currently the Visual Arts Curator at multidisciplinary arts organisation The Mill. Previously Adele worked as the Assistant Curator at JamFactory, and curated the 2014 Grid Festival. Other selected exhibitions include You are Art at Murray Bridge Regional Art Gallery, We did the soft wind at Adelaide City Library, Psychache at Holy Rollers and Bloom-Space at AEAF. They have written catalogue essays for artists including Ruby Chew, Ray Harris, Felicity Townsend, Sundari Carmody, Kristel Britcher, Matthew Bradley and Riley O’Keeffe and contributed to arts publications including Artlink, Fine Print, Runway, Art and Australia and Un.
